Amway Completes Purchase of
Michigan Republican Party
Amway
announces the completion of its purchase of the Michigan Republican
Party. The price was not disclosed. The MRP will operate as a
wholly owned subsidiary of Amway and will continue to elect its own
board and chairman with approval of the majority shareholders, the
DeVos and Van Andel families.
The MRP will change its name to the Michigan Republican Party of Amway.
“We’re happy to finally be able to wear the Amway logo,†said MRP chairman Saulius “Saul†Anuzis. “We’ve essentially been part of the Amway family for years, but now its official.†Anuzis is expected to stay on through his current term.
MRP/Amway officials expect to lay-off about 25 MRP workers and transfer about half the remaining jobs to Indonesia. Amway stock was unchanged at the close of markets.

As an insider, I can tell you that that "Saulmighty" will definitely stay on. He has way too many people in his downline to walk away from this opportunity.
Now will you please let me out of this box??
